Klamath Falls: summer birds

I’m a sucker for sapsuckers.  We found at least two families of Red-breasted Sapsuckers in the park.  Some of the adults were drumming as well as feeding their young.RS SAP TWO 7-18

The puddle at Moore Park was a mini-waterhole.  The birds from all over the park had gathered for a bath or a wade.
